Small miracles

I think that’s probably an oxymoron
because a miracle in and of itself is something big, but you know what I
mean.

Our mission president has asked us to contact more people in the street
during these weeks. Usually we get references from the members to get new
investigators. Our mission president told us he wants us to work harder to
find investigators on our own. And he promised that we’d see miracles if we
start doing it. We started doing it and saw miracles.

The goal is to contact 5 people daily, for a total of 35 at the end of the
week. My companion and I started to contact. This week we had 46 contacts
in total. And because of that work we did, we found 11 new investigators
this week! Some of them are families, too! Usually we have maybe 1 or 2 new
investigators. Sometimes 0. But thanks to the inspiration and promise of
our mission president, we were able to work a little harder and receive
great blessings from the Lord. We’re going to be visiting these people
during the week and inviting them to be baptized! Our hope is to schedule
more baptisms for June and July!

I know that this Church is true. The Lord is with us. The Book of Mormon is
the word of God.

I hope everyone has a great week!
