We had a better week this week. We invited
one of our investigators to be baptized, and she accepted! Her baptism is
next weekend. We should also be having a couple more soon.
I continue to learn more about the Gospel and also missionary work. And
even though my companion is new to the mission, he’s teaching me just like
I’m teaching him. We had divisions this week with our District Leader, and
I learned a lot from him, too. We’re always learning here as missionaries.
We never know everything, even if we sometimes like to think we do, or even
if the members sometimes think we do. There’s always areas to improve,
things to change, and new things to learn.
I don’t have a ton of time this week, but we’re alive and working hard.
Last week, we got matching polos for all the Elders in the Zone. Here is a
picture of them. Haha, mine has my full name on it. It’s a little bit out
of order, but it’s all there.
We also did a service project this week, and here’s a picture of us
returning from the service. We’re covered in sand/dust and found an iron
that the member with us wants to fix and use. It took a long time, but the
service went well and the member we helped out is super happy.
Keep up all the great work! Help out the missionaries there when you can,
and don’t be afraid to share the Gospel with those you know!
