Hello World! – August 20, 2014

I am alive.

The MTC (CCM here) is great. I love it. It is really small, and there aren’t a ton of misisonaries here, but it is awesome. My companion is great. The food is great. The weather is awesome. We went to the Temple today, which was nice. It was in Spanish, so that was new, but we had headphones that translated it to English for us.

We are learning Spanish really fast. We can say a prayer in Spanish, bear our testimony in Spanish, get to know someone, and start teaching the first part of the Restoration lesson, and it’s only the first week!

I’d love to hear from everyone that is reading these posts! Check out the “Contact Me” page at the top to figure out how you can talk to me!

I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (La Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Ultimos Dias) (you thought the English name was long) is true. I wouldn’t be dedicating 2 whole years of my life, and living without cellphones, music, or technology, if it wasn’t true.

Goodbye World

I am leaving for my mission early in the morning. I will be able to email once a week, so I’d love to hear from you guys. Check out the Contact Me page for more information. I am excited to go out and serve the people in Peru! I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has the fullness of the gospel. The Church was restored by Joseph Smith. And he translated the Book of Mormon by the power of God. I know the Book is true. If you have any questions about the Gospel, shoot me an email! I’d love to answer any questions you have! Thank you for your support! Bye!
